• Performs 30 to 40 field audits annually throughout the US to ensure compliance in lending procedures and to detect trend changes. • Appraises the collateral quality securing $5 million to $30 million working capital lines of credit as well as the client's operation / accounting systems. • Advises the senior auditor, the department manager, and the corresponding account's loan officer of detected risks, both potential and present.• Assists in maintaining client relationship as well as the goal of the Commercial Finance to reach $1 billion in outstanding loans.

• Answered incoming or placed outbound customer calls to promote services and generate revenue. • Answer customer inquiries on all service features and benefits of Terminix services. • Record all customer information and call history information accurately on appropriate paperwork or electronic systems. • Review daily information on TERMINIX customers’ changing needs and new features of service.
