This includes new product implementations as determined by Gartner’s Enterprise Business Capability Model. Current capabilities are aligned with business needs, a heat map is developed based upon the gaps and product solutions are presented to the business. Our team ensures proper communication and training throughout the process to prepare our employees for change.

We then work along with Subject Matter experts to demonstrate what’s possible using the supported products. This all begins when we properly launch new products. Our team supports change with a comprehensive communication and training strategy. We work closely with stakeholders and leadership across the firm so they can help share information and required action from their team. To help increase speed of service, we collaborate closely with Product Owners to engineer and implement innovative Chatbot solutions. The goal is for self service to be the employees first area of support before going to an SME, then Service Desk, limiting Product Owner support only when necessary. Our success and opportunities are measured using data points and turning that into information which can then be used to tell a story.
