Detail and people oriented Management style. History rich with customer service, team leadership and detail oriented delegation.I have worked in the retail and management fields for for 3 years, during which I have learned how to many people, serve customers and handle pressures of all kinds. I was assigned a store which sat at the bottom of their districts metrics on 9/10 categories. Even though my tenure as manager was short, I worked as hard as possible to make it impactful. Sales increased by over 25%, inventory on hand was improved by 45% and shrink was reduced by 50% to lowest in the district. Due to good inventory practices and phenomenal customer service the store was taken from the very bottom to middle of the pack in just a few short months.As of late I am working with a small firm on surveillance and networking solutions which are ever changing. Endless challenges and new problems arise daily and not knowing how to fix them is simply not an option. Not only is this a welcome challenge, but is a driving motive for myself personally. As life is nothing without a good challenge.Finally, life is constantly changing, those who sit unmoved will be left behind, and I am always running forward into the bright, undiscovered future.
