MPS (Hollywood, CA) recruited my creativity and design methodology for use as their confluence of product development for the Home Entertainment, Consumer Product and Media marketplace.As Media Product Designer, I created thousands of successful and award winning releases for house accounts such as Capitol / EMI, Warner Brother Records, BBC America and Universal Music.As Account Manager, I directed project development on behalf of sales in key relationships with Sony Pictures (SPHE), Electronic Arts and Arvato-Bartellsman.

In my time at MGA, I enjoyed an extensive volume of work as the principle structural designer and creative well of packaging concepts for the majority of the branded [non-doll] categories. This included package engineering as well as project milestone management for male-action figure, consumer electronics, DVD’s, hand-held and electronic games, board games, outdoor activities, sporting goods and r/c vehicles.

After six months as a contractor, Mattel Toys optioned my contract for permanent employment into concurrent leadership roles, as both Sr. Project Engineer for manufacturing, and, Structural Packaging Designer for the rebranding and global development of the Polly Pocket line of toys.This included the global management of packaging milestones over their complete life cycles, local responsibilities for package engineering and development, communication frames for global vendor management, and, the printing, converting and packout of the manufactured products in China.

Global Product and Sourcing Manager with a direct focus on the design, development and procurement efforts of multiple 'breakaway' teams.
