As senior vice president and president, Interventional Cardiology Therapies, I oversee Boston Scientific’s Coronary Therapies, Structural Heart and Interventional Heart Failure franchises. In this role, I lead a team dedicated to advancing minimally invasive innovations that help improve the lives of patients living with heart and vascular conditions. As a leader, I’m committed to creating environments where my teams can work together effectively to succeed – and that means embracing innovation, fostering inclusion, challenging the status quo and encouraging diverse perspectives. I’m focused on growing my team’s career opportunities, building the next generation of leaders and positioning my teams to deliver results. During my time at Boston Scientific, I’ve also served as the global president of Coronary Therapies where I managed the R&D, strategy, marketing, product development and global commercial execution of the business. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, I served at DePuy Synthes, a division of Johnson & Johnson, overseeing the sales divisions in North America. Before that, I spent over 13 years in various positions at GE Healthcare and was the COO at a radiology informatics company called INPHACT. Throughout my career, I’ve led high-performing organizations with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
