Seeking out resources of volunteers that can be recruited and trained to focus on the tasks to accomplish the mission of Habitat. This takes especially linking the function of the ReStore to providing a safe, affordable, decent house for a family.

I volunteer with Willow Creek Community church Care Center in Employment Services to assist those in a Job Search providing guidance and exposing them to available resources. I specifically facilitate an accountability group of committed job seekers, providing resources, compassion and support during this job search.
