Previously, I worked as a registered nurse and ACFI coordinator at Regis Aged Care, where I managed the documentation and submission of ACFI claims and supported the clinical and care staff. I have developed strong skills in customer service, management, and Microsoft Office, which help me perform my duties efficiently and effectively.
