Responsible for the implementation of Electric, Water, & Gas Advanced Metering Infrastructures (AMI), as well as AMR & OMR, within the iVUE Suite. I work closely with all AMI Vendors (Aclara, L&G, etc.), Meter Manufactures (Aclara, Honeywell, Landis&Gyr, etc.), Distributors (HD Supply, Browstown, etc.), and Meter Exchange Vendors (Chapman Metering, Bellwether, etc.) in efforts to supply the utility with an effective and efficient finished product; design and deliver all aspects of training to utility personnel; implement, coordinate, and facilitate the deployment, and maintenance, of MultiSpeak, through the use XML and SOAP, between AMI Vendors and NISC utilities; create and test MultiSpeak Assertion documentation between AMI Vendors and NISC.

Maintain and support software/hardware used in daily operation of the internal computer network for the central and satellite offices. Key Projects: · Implementation of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. Project required content database migration from both the existing SharePoint 2003 and 2007 servers. Also required working, in conjunction, with multiple departments. · Implementation of network Anti-Virus solution and Microsoft Exchange Server Backup solution. · Migrating legacy physical network servers to virtual server pool using Citrix XenServer virtualization software.

Responsible for maintaining the hardware and software of all PCs, servers and network devices (except custom software) to minimize business disruption; provide security for all electronic resources and proprietary information in electronic form; and, responsible for disaster recovery planning for hardware, software and data files. Also, maintain current industry knowledge and develop department strategic plan.
