Managed 34 direct reports, a full team of 75, and an annual P&L of $352M.• Collaborated with sales teams to better understand customer portfolios from an operational prospective, and developed an outside sales training program that maximized new services and cross-selling opportunities. This program increased LTL revenue by $12M, Truckload by $24M, Heavy Haul by $6M, and DOD business by $2.3M.• Designed and implemented new technology to meet a Texas-based client’s needs, and improve their ability to track products in Matson’s LTL portal.
