I am managing a multimillion dollar SharePoint & Project Server 2007 to 2010 migration project. Manage the financials for the project and provide updates to senior management of the overall project status. Currently have 10 staff members, 5 developers, 4 admins and 1 tech-writer.My primary duties are managing the project schedule,meeting with the customer to provide update on project status, overview the documents, conduct daily morning meetings, and built the new environment,according to the clients needs, encrypted SQL 2008 to meet the FIPs Compliance regulations, configured SharePoint and Project Server, test migration between. Six months into the project, I successfully migrated Army SharePoint and Project Server 2007 to 2010.

Primary duties are to migrate, architect/design, and deploy SharePoint 2010. Migrating WSS 2.0 to SharePoint 2007, upgraded SharePoint 2007 to 2010 and implemented Project Server 2010 and Project Server 2007. Configured SSO, Document Library, Excel, Search Services, Backup and Restore Procedures, User and Group Administration, and document project for turnover to client (after team peer review). OCM System AdministratorWorked with a team of 5 members performing OCM runs and resolving workstation issues using a tool called Element. Provided technical knowledge for upgrading customers from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. Followed documentation to its entirety to ensure proper installation of Bridgehead, Relay, Front-End, Configured and modified Dell Cluster 2850 servers, Dell CX & AX SAN arrays. Migrated public folder structure, data, mailboxes, and ACL’s from Exchange 5.5 to 2k3 using Active Directory Migration Tool. Configured AD to allow the customer to work from within both environments. Chairman of the Symposium Committee led all efforts in directing and implementing Exchange presentations for the organization.
