Responsible for the daily operations of a 300+ person organization. Responsibilities included Vehicle Operations, Vehicle Maintenance, Fuel Operations, Traffic Management, Personal Property, Inboud/outbound freight and, Aerial Port Operations.

Baghdad, Iraq

Lance represented Multi-National Force Iraq Resources & Sustainment in diverse logistics/operational initiatives. He developed Metrics to track and report the status of incoming forces during surge operations. Oversaw Air Force Aerial Port resources within Iraq. He was the lead on two high visibility public relations projects.

Scott, Air Force Base, IL

Developed concepts, operating policies and plans for the Civil Reserve Air Fleet. Developed and implemented training programs for CRAF operations and command and control. Managed readiness of ground crew chemical ensemble program. Developed and implemented CRAF implementation support plan. Led planning and execution of multiple executive level events.

Mcconnell Air Force Base, KS

Lance held three wing level and flight commander positions at the 22nd Air Refueling Wing. He led the Wing's deployment operations as the Installation Deployment Officer. He led supply warehouse operations and cargo movement support as the Distribution Flight Commander. Lance was the 1st ever 22nd LRS Readiness Flight Commander; he was responsible for Wing.

Bolling Air Force Base

Managed HQ 11th Wing Plans and Program Action Directive office. He was also appointed as the Wing Crisis Action Team (CAT) director; led the wing's CAT through September 11th post attach operations. Lance served led 300+ ushers as the officer-in-charge of "joint ushers" during the 54th presidential inauguration.

Moody Air Force Base, GA

Led the Wing's War Reserve Materiel and Support Agreements programs. Also served as officer-in-charge of deployments.
