I am also responsible for the operations of the 60,000 square feet building with 94 hitting bays, ordering all front of house supplies, and in charge of ordering and inventorying all associate uniforms, and scheduling.

Managed sales and operations - with P & L responsibility - for the Texas region with 19 locations and $8 million in annual revenue. Provided leadership direction and oversight for staff of 28 direct and 200 indirect reports including hiring, training, developing, and evaluating performance. Led real estate activities including identifying new locations, analyzing demographics, negotiating land, and contractor liaison to open new locations. Collaborated with executive level management on strategic planning and execution. Reported directly to the CEO / President. Specific Accomplishments:Promoted to open a totally new market for the company that resulted in up to $8 million in new revenue.Collaborated with project managers/superintendents during the construction process that built 16 new locations - from store layout to grand opening - with an average budget of $1.6 million each.Recognized as a "top 5" regional manager, for achieving sales, profit, payroll, shrinkage, and turnover goals.
