Ensures delivery of excellent customer service to the end user and the Host Site equally (clients), through fast and accurate processing of communication, orders, to resolve inquires. First point of customer contact for general inquiries like host site locations, pricing, products, pickup scheduling, complaints, refunds and replacements.MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT / SALES REP•Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face•Has intimate knowledge of the customer’s needs•Up-sell products, service and place customer orders in angel net (back office)•Organized and maintain filing system that coordinates with each department•Has empathy for every customer situation•Charged with expanding sales in six Mid-Western states (KS, MO, IA, NE, IL, IN)•Develop and grow existing territories through networking, referrals, cold calling and sales presentations•Fostered strong customer relationships throughout territory; produce weekly reports documenting sales activities•Consistently kept abreast of trends, competitor products and strategies•Handled high volumes of customer inquiries, complaints and sales calls•Always met or exceeded monthly quotas by as much as 175%•Troubleshoot issues with customers via phone, internet chat and email•Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
