As a Attorney assigned to the White-Collar and Public Integrity Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, I was responsible for providing legal advice, counsel, and assistance to local county prosecutors and law enforcement agencies throughout the State of Texas. I served as lead counsel, specifically in reference to elder abuse, sovereign citizen cases, and general white collar-crime. I performed of all phases of criminal prosecution from investigation through trial and appellate processes including presenting to Grand Jury, investigating facts, preparing victims, and leading trials.
