After the system was tested, I traveled to customer facilities for installation and training. I also handled and managed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level helpdesk support and troubleshooting for the 500+ installed systems. This included systems using OS/2, UNIX, WinNT, Win2000 operating systems and applications such as SpeechWorks, SoundForge and several others. While in this position, I identified a need for a Software User's Manual for the Companies systems. On my own volition, I wrote and assembled such a manual. The Company adopted it for use, and consequently, the call volume at the helpdesk was significantly reduced.
