I have been in the autobody field since 1980 and became a fabricator with Honda R&D in 1992. I worked in the Fabrication Paint and Resource Management Group. Since 2010 I’ve worked in resource management for all prototyping departments in our division. On the autobody side, I am accomplished in all forms of body repair, customizing, and painting. As a fabricator my skills and knowledge have expanded to include strong plastic and steel fabrication skills, paint development, and the latest paint technologies. In prototype resource management my skills and influence has expanded to include data management scheduling and future planning, and coordinating projects with other departments. In 2012, my department took on a heavier role in managing prototype construction and insuring successful, on-time prototype fabrication and delivery. I often tell folks I get ‘paid to play’ because the company utilized all my skills, interests, and hobbies to making a significant contribution. Even when things are extremely challenging, I love my job!My work goal has been to develop and use my process and management skill to develop new, creative, and innovative prototypes and information systems, and build the associates I work with. My personal goal is to help others enjoy work as much as I do and have a desire to contribute positively in whatever they do.I have been involved in Boy Scouts as a leader since 1980 in all the troop positions. I am also the Community Emergency Response Teams Program Manager and instructor in Logan County Ohio Citizen Corps; a voluntary position helping prepare our communities for disasters. I served a two year missing for my church and have served in many positions in the church. From 2011 to 2015 I served as the branch president of the Bellefontaine Ohio branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints ah high councilor of the Dayton Ohio East Stake focused on emergency preparedness planning. A am a amateur radio operator and RACES member of the Logan County Com Team.
