I practice in the area of elder law, including probate, probate litigation, guardianship, estate planning and government benefit planning. I received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility, and earned the AIF® designation from Center for Fiduciary Studies through the University of Pittsburgh in August, 2004. In June, 2005 I earned my certification as an Elder Law Attorney by the Florida Bar. It has been renewed in 2010 and 2015. Since 1998, I have been a speaker for the Professional Guardianship Course that is mandated by the State of Florida.I also practice in the area of pest control law, including trial and transaction work. I was a past Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Florida Pest Control Association and have taught continuing education courses for the Pest Control Industry; in particular, involving pre and post construction treatment of termites and the laws surrounding those areas.I am admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida and the Federal Court of the Middle District of Florida.
