Shortly after shifting into the role of a full-time people leader with a client-facing role as a senior advisor I was made a Portfolio Director for Gallup's book of business in Education. My responsibilities now comprehensively include: • Developing and executing a strategy to create consistent behaviors in individuals that will ultimately drive increased bookings, revenue and profitability for Gallup’s education portfolio • Creating go-to market strategies and oversee the creation of new products from customer insights and interviews. Help salespeople scope and price projects and contracts • Partnering with client executives and advising Gallup leaders and teams to improve the quality of deliverables and client relationships for key projects.• Leading division-wide initiatives to teach best practices, streamline processes, develop new offerings, and ultimately expand Gallup’s Global Analytics portfolio • Staffing Gallup’s Global Analytics portfolio with Associate Principals, Account leaders, communication consultants, and researchers who are the right fit for each project and client.• Leading Gallup’s Associate Principals in their effort to create new partnerships and projects for Gallup’s Global Analytics division.• Hiring and training new, and developing existing, Strategic Communications consultants that help place Gallup and our partner’s groundbreaking research in the media.• Creating strategy, deliverables and pricing for Gallup’s communications and media outreach on client projects.• Hiring and training new, and mentoring and developing existing, Account Leaders in Gallup’s Global Analytics division. • Overseeing learning, initiatives and communication for all Account Leaders in Gallup’s Global Analytics division.• Managing performance, career development, and payroll for 16+ direct reports.

I continued to directly lead some of Gallup's largest and most complex global research projects that were publicly disseminated and my responsibilities on Gallup’s management committee listed below continued but also included: • Managing $10M+ of revenue from survey research projects through my direct portfolio and the portfolios of my direct reports.• Hiring and training Strategic Communications consultants that help place Gallup and our partner’s groundbreaking research in the media – a new team and vertical at Gallup• Creating strategy, deliverables and pricing for Gallup’s communications and media outreach for clients.• Managing performance, career development, and payroll for 11 direct reports.

My portfolio expanded to include several of our largest and most significant accounts at Gallup in both our Workplace Advisory and Global Analytics divisions. I was also made a member of the management committee for the Global Analytics division, my responsibilities in this expanded role included:• Hiring and training new Account Leaders for Gallup’s Global Analytics division. • Overseeing learning, initiatives and communication for all Account Leaders in Gallup’s Global Analytics division.• Monitoring and improving the quality of client relationships and deliverables for Gallup’s Global Analytics projects.• Staffing Gallup’s Global Analytics portfolio with Account leaders, communication consultants, and researchers who are the right fit for each project and client.• Managing performance, career development, and payroll for 9 direct reports.

The opportunity to lead one of Gallup’s largest public sector projects drew me to London where I continued to manage a portfolio of both public sector research projects and cultural change projects for our enterprise clients.

Managed partnerships with Gallup's clients. First and foremost this meant the responsibility to architect the positioning, strategy and execution of deliverables. This included managing the expectations of internal teams to maximize the level of impact projects have. It also meant uncovering profound conclusions and actionable recommendations from data; then presenting these insights to executive teams. Lastly, the role required building relationships with key contacts and decision makers to strengthen partnerships with clients. Projects focused on varying topics including: employee engagement, selection, strengths-based development, manager development, customer engagement, market research, qualitative culture research, data analytics and more.

For Purpose Solutions LLC provides strategy, governance, and business advice to both non and for profit social ventures in early development and growth stages.

▪ Conducted extensive Learning and Development industry research. Generated marketing and sales strategies, based on this research, to drive Gallup's learning business to $100M revenue goal. Heralded by managing partners and the head of the learning division as the most comprehensive study of Gallup's positioning in the industry to date.▪ Personally executed each aspect of a talent retention study for a Financial Corporation that covers a 10 state geographical area and a regional Health System that employs thousands of medical professionals. Study included gathering data from 113 employees via personal interviews and two custom built surveys, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and developing solutions with clients to improve human capital strategy. Final deliverables were presented to each client's Vice President and Director of Human Resources along with other significant employees.

▪ Directed driver recruiting for the Western United States, led team of 9 employees and 3 interns▪ Developed recruiting process improvements that increased idle asset utilization by 50% ultimately increasing revenue by $1.8 M in 4 months▪ Led pilot team that hired 215 drivers in 1 quarter, a 15% increase from previous year.
