One of my core focuses as business development manager was to strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, as well as industry partners including Magento, eBay, and Paypal. Regularly attending conferences and industry events allowed me to stay on top of industry news and trends which could be passed on to our clients.I was also responsible for heading up the marketing department, ensuring the team were proactively working with our clients to expand their online platform.
