After deciding he wanted a change from his career in the Wireless Phone Industry, in 2007, his entrepreneurial spirit drove him to explore opportunities of opening his own business. Lance met with 4 different insurance companies, and after careful consideration, decided to open his insurance business partnering with American Family Insurance.Lance started his Agency on December 1st, 2007 in South Jordan, UT with a client base of 0. After almost a year in business, Lance relocated the office to Midvale. Then in 2018 he purchased a multi-use building, in Cottonwood Heights, where the main office is located today. He also expanded into UT County, in 2016, after acquiring an insurance office in American Fork, and Tooele County in 2020 after acquiring another small practice.Lance and his team of 7 agents are now proud to serve over 2,700 households in UT, CO, AZ, NV, ID, WA, and OR. They specialize in all types of insurance from vehicles and owner-occupied single-family residences to large Apartment complexes with over 200 units.In their 40+ years of combined experience, Lance and his team have learned how to add great value and over-deliver for their clients. Whether you’re purchasing your 1st car, 1st home, or 150th rental property, they can relate and customize a solution to your needs.Another passion of Lance’s is real estate investing. He acquired his 1st rental property when he moved out of his condo, and into his Draper home, in 2004. Since then, both have been used to roll-up into larger properties. Fast forward to today, Lance controls close to 40 doors, and a storage facility, all valued over $11M. Finally, he has flipped several homes and provided hard money solutions to investors.Most importantly, Lance has been happily married to his lovely wife Trinity, since 2008, and they have 2 beautiful daughters. They live in Sandy and have resided there since 2013.
