Field Training Officer: As part of a pilot program, was selected as one of three Field Training Officers (FTOs) in the company. Successfully developed and implemented the structure and materials for the FTO program which then expanded company-wide, and resulted in the promotion of 15 Investigators in California alone. Ensured this training program was in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Briefed 40 Investigators, including senior management, on the roll out of the program. Monitored and tracked the development of 8 new-hire Investigators while effectively managing personal case load of 35 background investigations per month.
