I have been working in the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) of the FEU Institute of Technology in Manila since October 2022, with the position of Business Process Support Specialist. In this role, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of IT support and application management.My primary responsibilities include providing user support for NetSuite and related applications, serving as the primary contact for the service desk, and expeditiously resolving technical issues reported by customers Additionally, I handle data processing handled by back-end programming, generate reports through database queries and coding, and identified. I maintain a complete record of customer-reported problems through the service desk management tool.In addition to technical support, I conduct training and orientation programs for system users to ensure they are prepared to successfully navigate applications. I also assist in the development of documentation, user manuals, and technical reports under the direction of the Office of the Director of Information Technology Services.Additionally, I have used my skills to develop web-based applications and implement various technical workflows to optimize data processing and improve the overall efficiency of the ITSO team. I am also responsible for managing IT trainers, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and creating test cases to ensure the quality of software applications.
