Store Planning; Develop all aspects of new locations and remodel of our retail stores from; input of site selection, budgeting, initial space planning, material spec, material ordering to a open for business retail store. Construction Project Management; coordinate and create all construction documentation, negotiations of contracts with contractors and sub-contractors to complete construction for new and remodel stores on aggressive time-lines for completion, within budgets and quality standards defined by myself for all Erik's retail store locations.

Visual Merchandising; coordinate and create all seasonal floor-plans, plan-o-grams for all of Erik's Bike Shops 27 retail locations. Create merchandising standards for all store locations, thru one-on- one interaction with staff and thru mass communications within company internal sites.
