Currently I am employed with Erik's Bike Shops as the Visual Merchandising, Store Planning & Construction Manager. This organization is the largest independently owned bicycle retailer of which I have played a key role fast paced development of improving their current and new store locations over the past seven years; being instrumental in developing a stronger more defined visual presentation through store and product presentation to better position the company as a best in class retailer. I have a track record for being able to build and develop a team that will drive financial results and produce designs that elevate the brand image.
