• Senior professional responsible for the management of a diverse technology portfolio in support of the enterprise functions for Showtime Networks Inc., leading multiple teams of FTEs, onshore and offshore consultants.
• Direct responsibility for a complex portfolio consisting of disparate projects and applications. Areas supported include Acquisitions, Broadcast Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Interstitial Planning & Scheduling.

• IT professional responsible for orchestrating IT services and resources, and ensuring that IT is aligned with the business goals of AIG Environmental, the leading U.S. provider of environmental insurance.
• Oversaw and facilitated the development and maintenance efforts for all applications used by, or which impact AIG Environmental. These include all of the E-Commerce, document management, research, rating and policy.
• Responsible for orchestrating IT services and resources, ensuring that IT is aligned with the business goals.
• Responsibilities included strategic planning, budgeting, contracting the services of third party vendors, database design, application design and project management supervision.
• Managed 7 direct reports (staff of 27), dotted line management of an additional 10 infrastructure/services (DBAs, server administrators, etc…), an offshore/near-shore group of 20 resources, and 4-6 yearly summer interns.
• Developed and managed the expense ($6mm) and capital (max $8mm) budgets.
