He chose to go to the University of Nebraska after finding small town Sidney, Nebraska to be lacking in the kind of opportunities that he was craving. He had a love and vision for new technology that would take him far.After moving to Colorado, he took full advantage of the opportunities that came with stepping out of the small town box. With those opportunities came his first great professional challenges.Always the technology evangelist, Lance made the most of his role as the CIO for a growing and successful real estate company. He quickly turned technology and software into fun and relatable subjects for those around him. In 2008, he was nominated as CIO of the year in Colorado and it was at that point that he decided it was time to take his career to the next level by creating the company that is now Leadgent Technologies
