I joined the Wichita team in December 2013, bringing 16 years Risk Management experience in the Construction, Design, Engineering and Oil & Gas space. Today, I continue to focus on Risk Management and Surety Bond Program development and consultation for the Construction Industry, and have expanded my expertise in the energy space, working across all sectors of the Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy industries. This unique combination of experience coupled with the proven National construction and energy capabilities / resources within the USI Enterprise provides a solid foundation and expertise when working with companies who design, engineer and build commercial use construction projects as well as facilities and infrastructure to support E&P, Midstream and Downstream energy operations. In addition to my production responsibilities and as a result of my previous success with Agency operations and management, USI provided an opportunity to become the Operating Company Leader for Wichita, a capacity in which I have been privileged to serve since 2014. Although USI is the 5th largest brokerage in the US with over 7,000 employees and nearing $2 Billion in annual revenue, we are committed to being the leading provider of Risk Management solutions to the middle market.Outside of USI, I am very involved within the Wichita Community and area associations related to the industries I serve. I am actively involved with AGC of Kansas, the Kansas Contractors Association (KCA), the Kansas Independent Oil & Gas Association (KIOGA) and the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce. I also sit on the Board of Directors for the Petroleum Club of Wichita, the American Red Cross Southeast & South Central Kansas Chapter and have served the Kansas Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for over 15 years.
