With over 12 years in business strategy, R&D, engineering and operations projects management cross-functional experience, I've successfully lead and executed change management programs and operational strategies globally, including alignment of R&D, production and SCM workstreams across APAC, Europe and Americas to streamline company SCM and accomplishing program objectives.In my previous scope, I also manage New Product Introduction and full product cycles from research, mechanical design, prototyping, validation, patentability, design for manufacturing, characterization, quality control to mass production, as well as commercial market assessments and recommending technology strategies.With more than 5 years of product design and development experience, I lead cross-functional teams in research of novel disinfection systems, establishing full cycle product development from conceptualization, research, and engineering design, to prototyping, experiments, diagnostics, production, quality control, and successful multiple product launches. I enjoy multi-dimensional roles, especially where they involve accessing a product or method, and seeing how to make it more effective and efficient. Since young, I've always been interested in how things work, and what especially excites me is to be able to identify and understand how the world works, be it from a macro or micro, equipment or physiological point of view.As a former National Athlete in Athletics and Track Cycling, I look for marginal gains in the equipment I use. By understanding how something is supposed to function and why there is a need for a certain characteristic, I can use that knowledge to gain a competitive advantage.Sports has been a large part of my life and character, and the world of competitive sports has taught me many lessons. My mantra is never to give up. I'll dig deeper to find that extra potential somewhere, and one day, an opportunity will present itself. Then, all the effort will be worth it.
