Key Responsibilities and achievements• Develop and manage an annual Marketing and Communication Strategy and associated budget• Work closely with internal staff and external partners to understand and advance the goals of Skills Active through marketing and communications activities• Work collaboratively with the Learning Solutions team to create and manage cross-organisational, integrated marketing strategies to develop and promote learning solutions i.e. qualifications, career pathways, learning resources, assessment tools etc.• Devise and co-ordinate the development of marketing communications and promotional material including liaison with:o Appropriate Learning Solution team members to develop content and ensure accuracyo Internal Graphic Designers to develop designs conceptso External print house and mail house for productiono Business Support team members regarding distribution and stocko Manage all external advertising in line with the annual Marketing and Communication strategyo Manage the design and content of the Skills Active website.• Manage a calendar of events including industry conferences and events, career expo’s, ITO and educational conferences and internal Skills Active events and conferences. • Manage Skills Active participation at industry events in line with the annual Marketing and Communication strategy.
