- I worked with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to develop order workflows, billing cycles, and warranty agreements. I also consulted with the executive team and provided analytics to support B2B pricing structure updates.- Our team continually expanded B2B partnerships by strategically selecting manufacturers with ancillary product lines compatible with our own so we could deliver relevant educational blog content to support quarterly marketing campaigns and increase product visibility.- I created a custom SKU framework compatible with E-Commerce, Electrical Engineering Manufacturing, Shipping (Warehouse), Repair Services, and Retail operations; this project also involves the continued development of an inventory companion tool to ensure all products are processed accurately, and with relevant categorical classifications.

- I partnered with the Director of Education to design and implement a strategy for producing standard operating procedures (SOP) across all departments. We also regularly reviewed progress through performance analytics, which informed our plan for long-term sustainability. The education and compliance departments were both awarded budget increases.- I spearheaded all communication with the State of Nevada and OSHA legal counsel and auditors. I also investigated all allegations and worked to resolve potential violations by developing routine assessments that identified, targeted, and gradually minimized our risk potential in the given domain. Our efforts never resulted in substantial penalties or fines.- Coordinated with the E-Commerce and Marketing departments to ensure all designs, copywriting, promotions, events, and campaigns adhered to legal statutes.- Our team took a unique approach to coordinate the development of systematic risk management because we recognized that traditional compliance restricts the flow of information. Our solution was the development of the Corporate Governance Platform—a mobile application that made available current state regulations to all staff—a utility distributed to designated department auditors. These internal auditors’ additional responsibilities included but were not limited to daily inspections, weekly audits, role reviews, and reports on all departmental changes; this data supported the long-term sustainability of departmental standard operating procedures (SOP).

- We designed workflows and communication standards for coordinating agent licensing for company staff, including the board of directors, executives, administrators, and their respective teams. In four (4) weeks, we completed Nevada licensing for approximately 250 staff and executed a succession plan which delegated these responsibilities to our administrative assistant while I maintained continued oversight and support.- We oversaw all inventory operations and guided the data management policies and procedures regarding the company’s recreational and medicinal METRC accounts—a state-mandated, industry-specific platform. Our team also conducted an account clean-up under the explicit direction of the State of Nevada.
