Prioritized and assigned work, developed, managed and maintained budget, and reviewed readiness for deployment of services within Accenture NA delivery locations.

Reported to Global BPO Mobilization Executive. Served as lead mobilization architect for Accenture F&A BPO sales pursuits in the Americas (North, Central, and South). Ensured mobilization approach and architecture are consistent with current BPO Mobilization standards and fit for purpose of transitioning in-scope services from Client to Accenture Delivery Centers around the world.

Reported to the Vice President of Total Solution Services. Responsible for development of the Comprehensive Outsourcing product line. Defined, staffed, and managed the Product Management function as required to enable successful delivery of outsource service offerings.

Overland Park, Ks

Reported to the Director, Education and Development for Sprint PCS Customer Care. Managed the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of an internal portal solution that enabled customer contact operations in nine service centers (8,000+ FTE in US and Puerto Rico) and hundreds of North American retail store locations.

Reported to Director of Organizational Development. Designed, developed and deployed personnel training programs for North American fulfillment sites.

Reported to the Vice President of Business Development. Responsible for supporting outsourced credit approval and customer service product offerings. Defined, staffed, and managed the National Training and Development function as required to service both new and existing customers. Efforts were benchmarked by AT&T School of Business for "Best Practice" among Fortune 500 service center training operations.

Reported to the Director of Human Resources. Created training department from the ground up and designed programs to address needs of a multi-site, multi-bank inbound/outbound credit card collections business. Recognized with FDC's highest employee award (President's Club) for the success of these efforts.
