What I love about being a product leader is that you often find yourself sitting in the middle of all the action. To one side, there are your customers with their list of needs and wants. On the other side, you have a cross-functional team, hungry to build and release the “next big thing.” Finally, sitting right beside you are your internal stakeholders, eager for updates and status reports. In the midst of all this action lies the fun challenge of product leadership: bringing the right people, the right knowledge, and the right tools together so that you can successfully deliver meaningful and tangible value to your customer. Over the years, I’ve had a successful career building data-driven B2B SaaS products. I’m fortunate to get to work with talented individuals on challenging and exciting projects everyday. There’s something special about collaborating with different teams of subject matter experts to create something unique in the world. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, our families, and friends. He and I love cooking together, watching scary movies, and going on walks around our neighborhood.
