Roles:• Conduct Microbiological testing on raw materials, water, environmental samples, in-process samples and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with prescribed standards.• Adhere to microbiology standards and laboratory instructions.• Participate in Proficiency tests (mixed microbes)• Conduct routine CCP and OPRP monitoring in Production.• Manage and perform Internal Control Plan (ICP) checks on all equipment used.• Responsible for interpretation and accurate reporting of experimental results.• Update results for all finished products on the SAP system timeously for release purposes.

Roles:• Adherence to safety and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). • Sampling and quality analyses of raw and packaging materials for release before production. • Conduct Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and pH analysis on effluent water, as well as Free Chlorine testing on process water.• Conduct chemical analysis on final products as per release requirements.• Perform sensory tests on finished products for release.• Responsible for media and sample preparation for Microbiological tests.• Perform equipment checks and Internal Control Plan (ICP).•Conduct product quality tests on NIR• Participate in Proficiency Testing

- Coordinate student registration processes, including student ID card creation.- Liaise with students and departmental administrators regarding academic applications and admissions.- Perform general administrative duties, such as maintaining student records, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
