Hello! I am Lander Balza, a designer with more than 10 years of experience in the development of multidisciplinary projects, helping organisations, both public and private, in the definition of strategies, the validation of business models and the design of spaces, products and services.Whenever possible, I try to put people at the centre of my projects, reduce the ecological impact and integrate culture and creativity as axes for innovation. My tasks include strategic thinking, project coordination, research, design, facilitation of participatory processes and training. It has been a pleasure to work with organisations of different sizes and sectors (industry, retail, tourism, education or culture, among others), supported by a network of trustworthy collaborators with whom I have learned and grown as a professional. As well as being able to train new generations of professionals and accompany entrepreneurs and initiatives on their way to consolidation.I am part of the Executive Board and treasurer of EIDE - Basque Design Association, where I also coordinate the organisation of creative community meetings in the Basque Country and Navarre, as well as I participate in national level projects with READ, the Spanish Network of Design Associations.Want to know more?
