After implementation , contact centers saw a 7% increase in applications, retail saw a 13%, and supply chain saw a 22% increase in applications. The spend YOY for each business unit has decreased from 28 – 50%. • Created visual job postings for online contact centers and retail, which led to a 22% increase in click-to-application conversion rate for contact center and a total 76% conversion rate for retail. • Converted negative business relationships into positive relationships with many unhappy field business partners by listening to their needs, responding, and creating creative solutions that have helped them grow their businesses. This has led to a few recognitions by some of TA’s most difficult customers.
