In my current role, I drive people initiatives related to talent management, learning and development, and corporate communications. In every thing we do, our team seeks to positively impact the employee experience at Credigy.Prior to joining Credigy, I served as Global Succession Management Supervisor at UPS. In that role, I supported the identification, development, and placement of talent into senior- and executive-level roles across the global enterprise. I have also served as an independent consultant in the areas of talent management, career development, and organizational effectiveness. I am a co-founder of Next OnBoard, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing women into corporate board and executive positions in Georgia. I received an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I served as president of the I-O Psychology Graduate Association and coauthored a study on the role of humor at work, published in the academic journal "The Psychologist-Manager." A Florida native, I completed my Psychology B.A. at Furman University.
