-Participate and facilitate in meetings with multiple lines of business to ensure traction on key issues and gaps in processes are properly addressed.-Develop goals and materials allowing the tracking of all audits, proper distribution of resources, capacity planning for staffing needs, training and quality control development.-Create and enhance monthly.

-Provide leadership to all Internal Auditors through the organization, distribution, completion, monitoring and approval of all audits performed by the Internal Audit department.-Organize and facilitate meetings with staff regarding audits, new initiatives, staff development, reviews and general status of the department/current workload, and one off.

-Participate and facilitate in meetings with multiple lines of business to ensure traction on key issues and gaps in processes are properly addressed.-Develop and implement quality exams for FNMA, FHLMC and Reg AB loans for both BAU and HAMP/HAFA ensuring complete coverage of all regulations, capacity planning for staffing needs, training and quality.

Review and audit Default Loan Servicing accounts to assure compliance with HUD guidelines. Advise LOB on current procedures and practices and create action plans to insure prompt updates to current practices. Evaluate current criteria for random account selection and make suggestions on optimal standards for population selection.

Directly monitor all aspects of up to 14 employees in a Call Center environment while simultaneously completing special projects to help capture productivity of the department and make proceedure more effective.
