-Participate and facilitate in meetings with multiple lines of business to ensure traction on key issues and gaps in processes are properly addressed.-Develop goals and materials allowing the tracking of all audits, proper distribution of resources, capacity planning for staffing needs, training and quality control development.-Create and enhance monthly reports for distribution to senior management as well as documentation of current issues and the status of open action plans for the Quality Control department.-Retaining all documentation of all monthly reporting that is submitted to all lines of business and senior management and provide it, as needed, to the applicable regulator.-Organize and facilitate meetings with staff regarding new initiatives, one off concerns, staff development, reviews and general status of the department/current workload.

-Provide leadership to all Internal Auditors through the organization, distribution, completion, monitoring and approval of all audits performed by the Internal Audit department.-Organize and facilitate meetings with staff regarding audits, new initiatives, staff development, reviews and general status of the department/current workload, and one off concerns.-Participate and facilitate in meetings with multiple operational divisions to ensure traction on key issues and gaps in processes are properly addressed.-Develop and implement internal audits ensuring complete coverage of all regulations, policies and procedures.-Monitor remediation plans and ensure traction on all key issues to address operating division or process failures as well as ensure validation of the final results properly addresses all noted concerns.-Hiring and training of new employees in audit criteria and methods as well as general practice for documentation and the creation and monitoring of action plans.-Create and enhance monthly reports for distribution to the Corporate Risk Committee as well as documentation of current issues and the status of open remediation for the Internal Audit Department.-Retaining all documentation of findings as well as all monthly reporting that is submitted to all operational divisions and senior management and provide it, as needed, to the applicable audit manager.

-Participate and facilitate in meetings with multiple lines of business to ensure traction on key issues and gaps in processes are properly addressed.-Develop and implement quality exams for FNMA, FHLMC and Reg AB loans for both BAU and HAMP/HAFA ensuring complete coverage of all regulations, capacity planning for staffing needs, training and quality control development.-Monitor action plans and ensure traction on all key issues to address line of business or process failures as well as ensure validation of the final results properly addresses all noted concerns.-Hiring and training of new employees in testing criteria and methods as well as general practice for documentation and the creation and monitoring of action plans.-Create and enhance monthly reports for distribution to senior management as well as documentation of current issues and the status of open action plans for the Default Quality Assurance team.-Retaining all documentation of findings as well as all monthly reporting that is submitted to all lines of business and senior management and provide it, as needed, to the applicable investor.-Organize and facilitate meetings with staff regarding new initiatives, one off concerns, staff development, reviews and general status of the department/current workload.

Review and audit Default Loan Servicing accounts to assure compliance with HUD guidelines. Advise LOB on current procedures and practices and create action plans to insure prompt updates to current practices. Evaluate current criteria for random account selection and make suggestions on optimal standards for population selection.

Directly monitor all aspects of up to 14 employees in a Call Center environment while simultaneously completing special projects to help capture productivity of the department and make proceedure more effective.
