Duties included successful development of individual agent retail locations, with an emphasis on exceeding budgeted sales goals through creative incentive programs, new product launches, advertising and product merchandising. Responsible for new agent recruitment, development and expansion of additional retail locations, including site selection, agent training, inventory management and sales reporting. By successfully increasing store locations from thirteen to twenty-seven, the company’s market share grew significantly.

Duties included training, development and support of all sales channels. This encompassed the formulation and implementation of workflow procedures, review and distribution of training materials, organizing sales training including travel coordination and expense reimbursements, implementation of corporate policy, employee insurance benefits maintenance and the creation of sales campaigns and promotional incentives with direct report to Area Manager.
