Landon Bishop is a current sophomore at Yale University. He is highly interested in urban studies, urban planning, community development, resource mapping, documentary filmmaking, and speech—language disorder advocacy. He has experience working on historical and environmental research, documentaries on various subjects, creative writing, screenwriting, community outreach and development, and mentorship. His documentary work has been showcased to U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield and EPA Administrator Michael Regan; he has been personally commended for his contributions, success, and leadership in providing free financial access to underserved communities by IRS Wage and Investment Deputy Commissioner David Alito, worked on childhood education research in partnership with the American Educational Research Association, and has had won national awards from the NAACP for excellence in essay and short story writing.
