Delivered case management, individual, group, and family therapy services to residential and day students and their families. Led and coordinated an interdisciplinary team of providers including special education teachers, occupational, physical, and speech therapy, direct care staff, nursing, psychiatry, career services, and transition coordination. Conducted risk assessments, oversaw safety interventions, and aided in students being assessed for higher levels of care (when needed).

Live alongside participants for up to 8 days at a time to maintain a therapeutic container and provide formal and informal therapeutic interventions. Work collaboratively with mentors, clinicians, nursing, administration, leadership, and others to optimize care and treatment.

Write a monthly “Mental Edge” column for the New England Lacrosse, Soccer, and Baseball Journals focused on providing psychoeducation to athletes and parents on the mental health, wellness, and performance in sport.

Conduct group trainings and individual coaching with physical therapy business within their 5 locations for all managers focused on leadership, communication, and personal growth.

Designed and co-led weekly group therapy sessions with youth from elementary to high school in school, residential, and community settings. Completed clinical intakes, assessments, case notes, and documentation.

Led a mindfulness course and retreat with students through student life aimed at introducing mindfulness to college-aged adults.

Provided holistic individual counseling and team sport psychology workshops to 5 DIII collegiate teams on-campus, along with Mass ODP youth soccer players and parents. Worked in the Sport Injury Rehab Clinic (SIRC) alongside athletic trainers to provide and coordinate mental and physical rehabilitation of athletes from injury.

Co-led a mindfulness course for students aimed at providing an introduction to mindfulness and co- facilitated a weekly group meditation sit through the college counseling center.

Provided behavioral and educational support, along with coordinated and communicated with teachers, clinicians, administration, and others to ensure the highest quality of care and education at a therapeutic day school and residential program.

Managed and supervised over 20 residential staff and two 10-bed CBAT units. Ran weekly dorm meetings and bi-weekly staff supervision. Consulted in weekly rounds and administration team meetings on behavioral, staffing, and programmatic implementation. Coordinated and communicated with staff, clinicians, nurses, teachers, psychiatrists, parents, and administration to ensure the highest quality of therapeutic support and treatment.

Co-developed the Embark Personal Development program designed to empower young adults entering the workforce. Curated curriculum for clients through the creation of 30 professional articles, research-informed practical exercises, and external resources.

Supported clinical and milieu staff in active coordination and implementation of individual treatment plans. Sustained stable, trauma-informed inpatient environment by managing crisis, maintaining proper staffing ratios, and adhering to safety guidelines, including appropriate execution of physical restraints.
