Lead a team of 8 engineers to develop an Endo-Skeleton for a wearable phlebotomy arm design project. This product is to be used and demonstrated in the medical field. Developed testing instrumentation for experiments on needle resistant materials. Our main goal was to engineer an Endo-Skeleton with high needle resistance to protect the wearer from any harm that may occur in medical facilities.

Worked with a team of 3 engineers to improve the clogging of a bending mandrel in the production part of the plant. We analyzed accumulated data to find problems and eventually provide solutions. Our team also researched other pump options to better lubricate the mandrel while the bending process was being performed. Finally, we provided FMC Technologies with several options that could be chosen that would further improve their production process.
