Reporting to and collaborating with the Senior Director of Operations, we work as a team to create, update, and implement operational process changes. I also collaborate extensively and cross-functionally with several senior leaders to ensure accuracy of expenses, pricing, and contract details; to refine contract details and ensure customer requirements; to identify project management software issues and identify new software selection needs; and to coordinate in creating a new solution for contract distribution.Notable Achievements:• I developed sales and marketing collateral that helped close approximately dozens of client contracts to date.• I played a key role in improving the sales process, and I improved project efficiency, significantly reducing project timelines.• I identified and resolved issue of client projects not being completed on time due to improper resource allocation—resulting in dozens of customer projects being scheduled and executed.
