Production Manager
CurrentReport directly to the CEO. Manage up to 35 employees, depending on the season, including 4 CAD processors, 18 machine operators and fabricators, 10 installers and 3 office staff. Support the broader team by assisting other managers and coworkers with their responsibilities. Manage production of countertops, cutting and installing an average of 4000 square feet of stone weekly, which includes managing the initial client experience to final installation, and everything in between. With both residential and commercial work, work alongside superintendents, homeowners, and installers to maintain a smooth and efficient process. Conduct site visits and quality control. Exceed expectations in day-to-day management of operations by designing and implementing processes and automations that have decreased costs and improved efficiency ratings. Regularly troubleshoot and update technological and mechanical issues throughout the shop. Oversee and maintain an orderly shop and office to comply with OSHA and company standards.
