At S2S we do all things Sales & Marketing, Crypto, Community Building & Sustainability. We focus on different markets and have done sales consulting and delivery in medical supply, technology, real estate, roofing, sustainability and the sport of sailing.We have divisions in green contracting (roofing and green energy systems) and we have contracts in sponsorship and event sales.We support companies with their business engines (sales), proper planning and delivery; and we support them with closing. We also complete work in sustainability initiatives. Our sustainability projects are focused in the marine environment and public engagement. Starting with our legacy founding principles (the company was formerly called Sailing To Sustainability), we continue to develop and execute on plans and proposals that green and regenerate and are responsible for positive community impacts in the marine environment.Our crypto and NFT division is rapidly expanding and we are bringing this project to the world to give people access to the water through boating and sailing.

Chair of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club Match Racing Program.Accountable for the program delivery and management, and hosting the York Cup match racing regatta yearly.

SEDA, Sustainable Engineering Design Audit, is a startup funded by Mitacs, HC TISS (innovation in shoring solutions and a sustainable world) and the University of British Columbia. The purpose of SEDA is 'To bring organizations to a place of sustainability'. This is done through the SEDAscore, SEDA Certification and integration of environmental impact (using Life Cycle Assessment and environmental impact accounting, LCA) into the decision making of key groups. The SEDA program works with companies and municipalities, and specializes in engineering and general contracting sustainability support. The research is focused on maximizing LCA precision with minimal LCA practitioner time, implementing environmental impact decision making into business decisions, perception of environmental impact and constraint based accounting (i.e. maximum carbon dioxide emissions for a country such as Canada, the goalposts and the roadmap).

Lead and built with a group of phenomenal sailors from across Canada the current governing body and university & college sailing league in Canada.The organization grew from 5 school sailing teams to 18.The organization built an award base to acknowledge outstanding contributions and achievements for college sailors in Canada; the organization overseas national championships in team racing, fleet racing and keelboat racing; the organization qualifies students for international student world championships; the organization is the current governing body for collegiate sailing in Canada.

Mitacs Grant: industry-academic partnership between RWH Engineering and McMaster University as a part of completing a Master's in Engineering and Public Policy. Developed the SEDA Score for sustainability accounting for shoring and foundations engineering. Was also accountable for green improvements at RWH Engineering, such as starting and implementing the recycling plan (in office and on site).

Setup high profile meetings with potential clients for data centre developments in Toronto and area. Organized and prioritized department tasks. Also: AutoCAD drafting, website development, organizational operation and frequent meeting chair for marketing and sales pipeline meetings.
