AWS- Architected otp-middleware and otp-admin-ui, which adds user profiles, live trip monitoring, and other new features to OpenTripPlanner. Java — Next.js- Designed secrets and config management tools to aid development and deployment of web apps. SOPS — Node.js- Contribute features to OpenTripPlanner, an open-source multimodal trip planner, for multiple clients (e.g., ATL, Houston, NY State, TriMet, SEPTA). Java — React/Redux/Typescript- Manage Data Tools client support for DOTs and agencies representing nearly 200 transit operators in the US.

At Conveyal I led the development and product management for Conveyal Data Tools, a GTFS management cloud-hosted application that helps agencies validate, edit, and deploy static GTFS data. I also focused on UI experience and front-end development for OpenTripPlanner.

In my role at ARC, I built tools to help Atlanta area governments collaborate over and share (mostly) transportation data. This included running trip planning and real-time passenger information services for regional transit agencies.I also aided the region in fulfilling an urging resolution from the State Senate to deliver http://atltransit.org, an information portal and trip planner for the Atlanta region's transit agencies. Coordinating input from partner agencies, I designed and built the website, created resources for website visitors to understand regional transit, and implemented a trip planner for the region.

• Refined a suite of web tools that utilize the Google Maps and Google Earth APIs for the City of Atlanta to improve efficiency of municipal services that includes a street signage inventory, route navigation, animation, and others.• Developed tool that batch-geocodes Chinese addresses for use in analysis of the real estate value impacts of transit-oriented development in Beijing.• Created visualization web interface for accessing geospatial information utilizing Google APIs, including Earth, Charts, and Fusion Tables.

Helping to bridge the gap between application developers and MARTA.• Built one-click GTFS exporter automation tool that combines Trapeze and AVL data using Python, Oracle and Sqlite.• Created concept, framework and design for new MARTA developer portal (http://www.itsmarta.com/developers).• Developed web application for accessing real-time rail data using OneBusAway and MARTA RESTful JSON API.• Assisting Technology team with developing real-time rail API.• Creating real-time data feeds in standardized open formats (SIRI and GTFS-realtime).• Developing a technology marketing plan that includes strategies for supporting developers and adopting/marketing new technology initiatives.
