He is also responsible for procuring capital investments from institutional and private investors as well as managing project, leasing and property management teams as they oversee construction and operations.

CrowdStreet is the leading online real estate investing platform. Since its inception in 2014, the company has capitalized more than 750 deals and raised $4B+ in equity investments. At CrowdStreet, Landon led the Western Region Team in sourcing offerings from new and repeat sponsors, negotiating capital structures with sponsors, and guiding them in the process of raising equity through the company's platform.

Camphor is a real estate investment company with 5M square feet of assets under management in the U.S. and China having acquired and developed a total of 28M square feet of properties. While at Camphor, Landon organized and guided a team of acquisitions and management personnel for the U.S. division of the company. He also originated structured capital facilities and executed proactive approaches to asset management, achieving optimal results through strategic investment decisions.

Milan Capital is a commercial real estate investment and management company with 3.5M+ square feet of assets under management primarily in Southern California. While at Milan, Landon supervised the company’s underwriting/acquisitions team, including property selections, financial analysis, and due diligence. He also facilitated the capital structures for the company to include new private and institutional equity partners. During his tenure, he successfully purchased millions of square feet of properties, primarily after the 2008 financial crisis.

While at Marcus & Millichap, Landon specialized in the sale of office and industrial properties in Southern California, increasing the transaction volume for the office 30%. Through his marketing strategies, he achieved record-setting pricing for properties while providing investment and capital markets guidance for his investors.
