During the ramp-up to the 2014 Fire Departments management merger, oversaw the transition to a revised, contemporary, and more efficient engine company staffing model; the elimination of the geographical boundaries between the two fire departments with regard to fire/medical call responses; and the implementation of call response-time targets aligned with NFPA standards.
