The application has since been upgraded to .NET framework and remains in production 9 years after the initial implementation;● Bottler Support is handled mainly via remote access to the Bottler's computer via EchoVNC & TeamViewer and some on-site Bottler visits;● Worked with Coca-Cola Corporate personnel in a support capacity to rectify issues that arose;● Re-skin a classic ASP website utilizing HMTL5 and CSS3 concepts. Modify certain pages in the website to add functionality;● Modified a legacy VB6 program to handle a change to a printer engine at a specific client while maintaining functionality for all users.

Create an application to perform pre-update system checks not available in the software update installation package. This application checks Is App installed? Is an Update required? Using VB.NET/ASP.NET & SQL Server (T-SQL, DTS/SSIS, Triggers, Views), Web Services, VB6/SOAP, these Claims systems allowed the company to compete with processing facilities that were 2x in size (number of Claims Processors);● Redesigned the letter creation process that reduced the processing time from 6-hours to 20 minutes and created a distribution application that emailed, printed or created an Excel spreadsheet with Claim status;● Reduced claims payment processing effort by creating an interface to upload check requests into Microsoft's Great Plains accounting system and download the associated check status to the Claims system;● Saved the company approximately $40,000 importing our folder/file Claims documents system into the Laser Fiche document management repository. I created applications to import the documents using LFSO, created images of these documents to be attached to the document object and to verify the accuracy of the image. Vendor's quote was $50,000 and 6 months to import approximately 3 million PDF files. My effort took 5 weeks and a couple third party controls;● I helped reduce 2 FTE positions to 4 hours, once a month by using outside contacts to facilitate document destruction;● Improved Law Firm communications and response to information requests.

● Designed and coded a tool to create and easily implement a FAQ form into any application. This tool places the entry and maintenance of the Questions and Answers under the Business Units' control. I designed, coded and trained the permanent IT staff on how to drop this tool in any existing application. VB6, ASP (HTML/VBScript/Javascript) & SQL Server2000 (T-SQL);●Designed and coded a tool to create a Computer Based Training (CBT) course that allows the Business Units' to create and/or modify a CBT that meets their requirements without requiring the intervention of IT, the Training Department or outside consultants.
