I founded Tri-Valley Striping in 2004 to manage parking lot striping projects for the construction industry. As President, I directly manage projects throughout the greater Bay Area and into the Central Valley. Projects involve:- Designing and striping new parking layouts- Re-striping existing lots- Planning and implementing ADA upgrades – analysis and design, signage, truncated domes - Installing custom signs- Roadway striping and markings- Thermoplastic striping and pavement markings- Other parking lot upgrades including removal and installation of bollards and wheel stops, traffic calming devices, curb painting, pressure washing, grinding- Warehouse floor striping- Playground restoration – game courts, maps, boundaries, bike lanes- Pavement maintenance solutions for homeowner associations and commercial propertiesResponsible for analysis and design, developing bids, hiring and managing contractors, supervising construction staff, customer service, billing, and payroll. Beginning in 2008, began working directly with various paving, asphalt, and property management companies, and expanded customer base by adding general contractors, builders, property owners, and property maintenance companies.
