Current● Execute services scheduling tasks in Salesforce Lightening and Field Service - analyzing certified candidates, assigning based on certifications, location of resources and desired event location; tracking order fulfillment; invoice generation, and revenue recognition● Collaborated with 3 team members to migrate over 1800 service entries into new Field Service System for department of 11 regional deployment advisors; completed project 6 weeks ahead of scheduled deadline● Review incoming service requests work orders and ensure orders matched up with customer purchase orders● Coordinate with account managers to submit correct change order forms to follow company policies when revisions are required● Monitor exception to policy and change order cases to make appropriate changes to service appointment event details
