Sales of new and refurbished handheld computing products, services, and supplies to various strategic clients throughout the US. Manufacturers included Motorola/Symbol/Zebra, Honeywell/Intermec and others.

Developed New Jersey School districts business with partner Howard Technology via the Western States Contracting Alliance contract. Leveraged contacts at both manufacturer corporations and customer contacts to expand business.

Developed a 100% customer satisfaction environment for the ePlus K-12 client base. This spot on model of delivering accurate results as rapidly as possible led to a 40% increase in orders and profits for our group. Maintained all aspects of customer relationships and perfectly complimented the outside reps and their efforts.

Sales of microcomputer hardware and software via unique internet site. Worked with clients both large and medium sized.

Rebuilt relationships with key clients in the strategic New Jersey marketplace. Worked to further penetrate these accounts to secure both new and run rate business within each.Clients included Schering Plough, UBS Paine Webber, Hoffmann La Roche, United Parcel Service and others.

Effectively communicated the Inacom story to large corporate clients and offered solutions to their IT problems and challenges. My cornerstone project at Inacom was the sale and maintenance of the Volvo Cars North America "VEN" (Volvo Enterprise Network) system for total dealership management across America. 350 Volvo car dealerships were networked together using Bay Networks products and IBM PC technology to provide Volvo customers with timely sales, parts and support for their Volvos.Clients included Volvo Cars North America, Sony Electronics, Mercedes Benz, Organon, Hoechst Marion Roussel, United Parcel Service, Hoechst Celanese, Hoechst AZ Photoresist and others

New Business Development

Performed a variety of positions during this period beginning with front line customer facing hardware/software service and troubleshooting client equipment. Promoted in two years to location manager responsible for attaining profit and productivity goals, training and management of service staff and all customer relations activities. Promoted shortly after that to Director of Service in charge of 30 full time reports. Responsible for $4 Million service inventory, department productivity, long range planning, and product development.
